Our Terms and Conditions

  1. All orders are subject to stock availability; if an item is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will make every effort to notify you. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to provide alternatives and the option to cancel the original order. All web orders can be cancelled if the goods have not already been dispatched to you.
  2. Order Acceptance – Receiving our email order confirmation does not imply order acceptance or confirmation of an offer to sell. Prior to accepting any order, more information verification may be requested. When you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging it, but your offer to purchase the products will not be accepted until payment is received. If the payment is likely fraudulent or the online offer is manifestly unrealistic in terms of price or description, the contract will be void. N2N Electronics maintains the right to deny or cancel the order at any time prior to delivery for any reason. Clear pricing errors will not be honoured. A full refund will be offered as soon as possible.

  3. Payment for the items, delivery, and relevant taxes can be done using any method listed on the website at the time you place your purchase. When an order is successfully placed, payments are automatically taken. If we are unable to supply for any reason, we will return the payment.

  4. Our delivery service is described in detail on our Shipping and Returns Policy Page. Unless you are contacted by N2N Electronics, goods will be delivered to the delivery/shipping location you provide when placing your order. If you do not accept delivery, we will attempt to contact you and re-arrange the delivery; however, we reserve the right to charge a further delivery fee if necessary. Although every attempt will be taken to deliver your items as quickly as possible once your purchase has been accepted, N2N Electronics will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery delays.
  1. All claims for damages, flaws, or mis-shipped items must be made within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

  2. You will be able to cancel your order for items before they are dispatched, as well as within 14 working days of receiving them. We do request that you submit a notice in writing (through email or letter) within 14 working days of receipt. The goods can be returned at your expense, in unused condition and complete in their original undamaged packaging. The only situations in which you cannot cancel your order are if you have used, altered, or destroyed the goods you have already received, or if the software has been unsealed or broken. N2N Electronics does not sell things for free. Customers are strongly recommended to examine product appropriateness and specifications before ordering.

  3. Since our transactions are in Pounds Sterling, you may be charged a commission or transaction fee by your card issuer. If you buy items from overseas and decide to return them to us, be aware that there may be a currency fluctuation on the reimbursement you receive that is beyond our control and cannot be recovered from us.

  4. We value the privacy and security of your personal information. As a result, it is our policy not to reveal or sell this information about your orders and purchases to any third party. Unless you advise us that you do not want to receive such communications, N2N Electronics may use such information to convey special discounts and offers to you through email or postal mail.

  5. EU citizens pay the VAT-inclusive pricing. Non-EU/exempt customers pay the VAT exclusive price. N2N Electronics is not responsible for any customs duties that may be imposed when the items are sent. We may be unable to deliver to some locations.

  6. All goods remain the property of N2N Electronics until fully paid for. The risk is transferred to you upon delivery.

  7. No goods are provided on a trial basis. If the purchaser does not want the items, they can only be returned with N2N Electronics’ prior agreement and may be subject to a re-stocking charge. up to 25%. You have up to 30 days to return the items for any reason under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

  8. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once an order is placed, we will always make every effort to honour that price. In the unlikely event that we must increase the price, we will notify you and provide you the option to cancel the order. We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct at the time you place your order. If an error is discovered, we will notify you as quickly as possible and provide you with the choice of reconfirming your order at the current price or cancelling it.

  9. N2N Electronics is not responsible for any customs duties imposed when the items are transported.

  10. The total responsibility of N2N Electronics in contract, misrepresentation, or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or proposed performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. If you are a business customer, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, fees, expenses, or other consequential charges (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill, or otherwise).

  11. These terms and conditions have no bearing on your statutory consumer rights.

  13. Online orders paid for with Finance shall be delivered solely to the address specified in the Finance agreement. Please be informed that if a courier is chosen as a delivery option, you will receive a delivery notification from the courier provider.

  14. Any cashback offer is subject to the terms and conditions listed on the relevant supplier’s website. Under any circumstances, N2N Electronics will not be held liable for any failed cashback claim.

Voucher Codes/Offers

We will occasionally provide voucher codes that can be used on the website. These codes are entered during the checkout process and provide discounts or freebies. Simply enter the voucher code at the checkout to use. These promo codes cannot be combined with any other deal. We retain the right to withdraw these voucher codes at any moment and without notice. If two different voucher codes are entered wrongly, we will exercise our judgement to use the best voucher for you, the customer, as long as it is still valid. If an invalid voucher code is entered, the order will be processed normally without the discount that the voucher would have provided.


We may provide information about new goods on the website prior to their release to allow customers to pre-order the device. If we say in the description that this is a pre-order, it means that you will submit an order in the normal way with all of your information, and you will be able to obtain one of the first devices when the product is available. You can cancel this pre-order up until the date of shipment.

The pricing displayed is sometimes an estimate, and while we attempt to be as precise as possible, it may vary before shipment. If the price changes, we will notify you prior to dispatch.


  1. If you need to return any goods, please contact our staff to discuss the item(s) before returning them. We can usually solve the problem over the phone.

  2. All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns number issued by a N2N Electronics worker. This will simplify the returns process and eliminate errors.

  3. As described in our terms and conditions, you have 30 days to cancel your order and return the items; however, if the goods are returned outside of this period or in worn condition, a restocking fee may be charged.

  4. Appropriate returns must be in the original packaging with all documentation. N2N Electronics does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly encouraged to examine the appropriateness and specifications of products before ordering.

    E. If an item becomes faulty within the first 28 days, we will deal with the situation as soon as possible, provided you still have the blank warranty card. After 28 days, or if the warranty card has been finished, the item will most likely be returned directly to our supplier for repair. This usually takes three to four weeks.

  5. You are responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of returned items, and all costs incurred in this regard are the purchaser’s obligation. If you live in the UK, we will not typically charge you for these items to be returned to you; however, if the product needs to be returned outside the UK, we will need to charge you the cost of carriage for this return at a reduced rate to normal delivery. We also retain the right to impose a processing fee if the returned items are “no-fault discovered.”
