We publish our stock levels on all product pages of our website. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, it is likely that we have it on order with our suppliers already. If not, we place orders daily and will always contact you
to advise of any lead times or delays that may arise.

 

In the instance that we have some of your ordered items but not all of them, we will always offer you the option to part ship your order at no extra cost.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we make the return process very simple for you.

 

Simply notify us within 30 days that you are returning your goods) and return the good(s) to us. We will process your return and refund as soon as we get it.

We will try our best to ship your purchase as soon as possible, but dealing with cameras takes precision and cannot be done in a hurry. As a result, we allow up to 5 business days to prepare your camera or lens for shipment. Please contact us at [email protected] for an estimated shipping time, which may vary from order to order. The shipping time is determined by the geographical area of your delivery address. We ship our orders with DPD and various domestic couriers depending on the order and its destination. As soon as your order is shipped, the shipping company will send you an email with an estimated delivery time. Please keep in mind that customs procedures differ from country to country and may cause your shipment to be delayed if you're outside the UK.

Payment Process

We accept all main payment methods. We accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as debit cards and PayPal, for online orders.

We will always send you a tracking update email as soon as your item leaves our premises. 

If you need to make changes to your order before it is shipped, please contact us at [email protected]. Please keep in mind that if you want to add more items to your order, you must do so in a separate order. After the order has been shipped, no changes may be made.

We run many deals and discounts throughout the year, and your discount code can be applied during the checkout process.

 

Please ensure to input the discount code precisely as it was given to you. Enter or copy the discount code into the 'Apply Discount Code' area of the checkout. The code cannot be used after checkout.

 

Certain products or brands may be excluded from time to time. You can find out which products or brands are not eligible for a discount by contacting us or reading the terms and conditions of the discount code.

 

If your discount code does not work, please see the following:

  • There can only be one discount code applied per order.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to products that are on sale or have already been reduced.
  • Discount codes may be limited to specific items and have an expiration date. The terms and conditions should be available in the same place as the code.

 

If your discount code is still not working after you have checked all of the above, please contact us for further assistance.

You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you registered with on our website after your order is placed. If you don't see an order confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Afterwards, you'll get an email with your order's tracking information.

Please provide your tracking number to both the shipping company and us. If your delivery was unclaimed, the address you supplied was inaccurate, or the shipping company was unable to reach you after multiple tries, you will be charged a re-shipment fee.
